You must be at least 18 years old to use Barter Bloc. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Barter Bloc is a platform that allows users to exchange skills & hobbies through a time-based barter system. The platform does not offer, endorse, or supervise any of the exchanges between users.

You are solely responsible for:Barter Bloc does not screen users or guarantee the quality or safety of any service offered.

1. Your conduct and interactions with other users
2. Verifying the skills, identity, or background of any other user
3. Deciding whether or not to engage in an exchange

4. No Liability for User Interactions

Barter Bloc is not liable for any:You use the platform at your own risk.

1. Harm, injury, or loss arising from your interactions with other users
2. Disputes between users
3. Property damage or personal injury that may occur during or after a barter exchange

5. Code of Conduct

By using Barter Bloc, you agree to uphold our community standards and understand that we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward harmful behavior. Barter Bloc is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all users.

We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that is:

6. Harassing, threatening, or abusive
7. Discriminatory or hateful
8. Sexually explicit or suggestive
9. Violent, harmful, or exploitative

You also agree not to:

• Harass, mislead, or cause harm to other users
• Falsely represent your skills, offerings, or intentions
• Use the app for illegal activity, fraud, or unwanted solicitation

Users who violate these standards may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned without warning.Barter Bloc reserves the right to remove any user-generated content or block access at any time in order to protect the safety and integrity of the community.

6. Account Termination

Barter Bloc may suspend or delete your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the safety of the community.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of Barter Bloc will be resolved through binding arbitration in NY, and not through court litigation.
